Fun intro take with Samuel Hubinette

I was stunt driving for Fast and Furious 4 last night. We had a blast drifting the whole night. Myself, Rich Rutherford, Tanner Foust and Paul Dallenback.

It was funny. I ended up having to be the double for some crazy Irainien guy in the movie. So check out the pictures guys. You're going to LOVE it!!

What a weekend we had. So much fun and the event was sold out. I want to say thank you to all of you fans that came out for the support, and I can't wait to come back to LA for the last event in October at the House of Drift Irwindale.

If you still want to see more of Drifting we will be out next weekend at the Long Beach GP doing the Team Drift event. That is always so much fun. Basically free styling around the whole track.

I have to say that FormulaD did a great job over all with the Round one event.

Yesterday we had the media day for the upcoming FormulaD event at the Streets of Long Beach. We are still working on the 2009 Challenger so I will be drifting the SRT-10 Viper for the first event.

The car is well proven so I feel very good about this weekend. I did a few changes during the day when I was out there giving ride along for media people. We gave the car some more Camber and toe out in the back. If we get the new rims from NC Forge in time I will try out with 335s in the rear on Friday. That should give me plenty of traction. Right now I got 295 and that is working good but I am trying to sty on top of every aspect.

BFG having me going out to a studio to do some voice over stuff today. It is for a commercial that they will have at the FormulaD event on the big screen. And tomorrow I will head up to LA to cast for the movie CRASH2. If I get the gig I will be driving an Ambulance and saying a few sentences. I am definitely not an actor so we will see how that will go.

Friday Practice and Saturday the event. That's some of my week.

BY THE WAY> I KNOW THAT THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE BLOG. YOU CAN NOT ANSWER AS OF NOW BUT THEY ARE WORKING ON IT!!

I've been Drifting around in the 2009 Gallardo for 3 days now. Myself and Mario, a test driver for Lamborghini from Italy have been racing around LA with the camera chasing us like crazy. It's been so much fun and I love the car. I have never felt before that I wanted to steal a car till now. It is a commercial for Europe and car shows around the world.

Monday will be a full day of filming from a helicopter out in Palm Springs. It was quite interesting to be drifting with the Gallardo because it is all wheel drive with a visko changing the bias. Most of the time 70% in rear but some times up to 80%.

Anyway. Good times.

I just got back home from Willow Springs Race track. I spent two days up there Test Driving 12 different cars on the Big track. It is a show called Head to Head on Tourquetv.com.

I am the host of the show and doing the driving and giving my feedback. We are continuing next week with 12 more cars. So far I have been driving. Viper SRT-10 2008,Corvette Z06,Audi RS4,CarreraS,Mercedes E55, BMW M5, Spiker C8, Cobra Superformence, Nissan 350Z Nismo, Mazda RX8, Honda Civic Hybrid against the Toyota Prius.

That was a funny test I have to say. With the Hybrid cars I pretty much had full gas all around the track. The show will be on, http://www.torque.tv in the near future.

The Team, Stina and myself went over to Jay’s garage again, but this time with the Drift Charger. Team Nuformz got a tour around all of his garages and got to see, I guess, around 125 cars and 75 motorcycles that Jay got over there. Getting a personal tour and hear about all of his vehicles is something special I must say. And again, He drives them ALL and even works on them during restoration and stuff.

So when we were done with his cars we had to take out the Charger for a spin around the block. I could feel right away that he is a good driver. Because I know how hard it is to get in to a new vehicle with a racing clutch like mine with out staling. We got it a little bit sideways but that was it. Next time I will take him for a REAL drift ride that he will never forget LOL!!

Right now we are getting ready for D1 at Irwindale next weekend Nov 24 and 25. www.d1gp.com. Should be fun to go up against the Japanese guys again.

I went down for the Baja 1000 in Ensenada Mexico. Check some pics from the event. It was great to see them all take of and experience the atmosphere down there. I got a do it next year for sure, now when Mopar got two Trucks in the race.

Mike from Pimp my Ride at MTV came out for the final at Irwindale. He was all over the Charger. The worst photographer Ron Bermudez was on the spot as always taking the picture.
